Custom Work
Contact us prior to shipping any firearms, parts, or accessories in for custom work of any kind. Please be as specific as possible in describing the work you would like done.
We will provide you with a work order number for easy reference, and a detailed invoice for the custom work being performed with a quote.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping both ways. The return shipping back to you (or your FFL) will be included as a listed charge on your invoice.
All invoices must be paid in full prior to us shipping your customized work back to you. In the event that an invoice is still unpaid 30 days after it becomes due (when work is completed) without you contacting us to make arrangements otherwise, we keep possession of the product and you lawfully relinquish all rights to the item, whatever it may be. Please contact us to make arrangements to avoid this occurrence.
Firearms MUST be return shipped to an FFL, no exceptions. You will need to provide us with the shipping and contact information for your chosen local FFL for the return shipping of a firearm back to you. As we are an FFL, shipping to us originally is not an issue.
